The previous owner used this building as a darkroom.  It's got nice french doors and windows. There are hookups for water and a long stainless steel basin.  However, we used it to get vegetable starts ready for the summer.  We also have an extra freezer in there.  There is heating and an air conditioner, although I have never used either. There is a covered deck on the back.  The roof of the back deck if a bit low if you are over 6 feet tall.
